Youth Development Centre

The State government has initiated a scheme of setting up Youth Development Centres in all government colleges. The basic objective of these centres is to inculcate employable skills in college students. All government colleges have been instructed to set up Youth Development Centre.

Looking at the interest and in the interest of students the YDC shall take up activities out of the following five broad categories-

    1. Instructional activities
    2. Study tours to industries and other important places.
    3. Activities of social concern or for social cause.
    4. Adventurous activities.
    5. Folk-art and cultural activities.
